medical for autism spectrum disorder

i’ve been diagnosed autistic for a few years now. i started smoking legally when visiting america & found it helped massively with basically everything that had caused me extreme stress and held me back my entire life. executive dysfunction, emotional outbursts, sensory issues etc.

i’ve tried street weed in the UK & i find the most common strains far too strong and it makes me feel worse… id like a more medicinal option that doesnt smell too

ive seen mixed results on if i could be eligible for medical cannabis? i truly believe it would be beneficial for me, even at small dosages and id like to pursue it but im not sure where to begin. any advice would be greatly appreciated, TIA
