He is angry that Obama is spilling the beans about the big surprise Trump has planned. He is convinced Obama is trying to steal his thunder and glory.

And Trump rises to the bait, as he often does, and tips his hand not only to the fact that Obama has been briefed on much more than he has hinted at, but that there is real substance to the rumors that Trump is planning an imminent disclosure speech.
