Email login with activation code...

I've been logged out my account. I am trying to login with an Outlook account. When I enter my email and hit submit, I am then taken to the next screen ( On the app and desktop) where I am asked to enter a six digit activation code.

No code arrives. I have checked focussed inbox, other inbox and junk email. I have also added various Strava emails to my safe senders list.

Since Monday, I have been emailing support@starva.zendesk.com once a day, no reply yet.

Any help / guidance / support qoudk be greatly appreciated 👍...
