Can I do online work/freelancing, social media content creation while being on GAE visa?

So I’m a doctor on GAE visa for two years in uk and I want to generate a side income by doing freelancing or maybe social media management but I’m not sure if it’s allowed on government authorised exchange visa. Can anyone explain. TIA:)
