This is something I’ve been somewhat monitoring the past week, but I’m getting more and more suspicious that the recent dispatches we have been getting are fake.

Right before the invasion of Cyberstan, every players’ dispatches were hacked by the Automatons. This leads me to believe that the automatons once again hacked the dispatches (Albeit more discreetly).

What mostly makes me believe that they are hacked are the </> tags that appear in some major dispatches. Als note that they appear only in some dispatches, and not all (Shown in the two screenshots). However I did have doubts about this, until I realized the </> tag is only used to signify the end of an element. It’s odd that it’s included in a community wide notice, given it’s not important. It’s odd that it’s included, but even more strange that it’s not on all dispatches.

My second thought is about the dispatches themselves. Some seem very odd given our current circumstances. For example we were given a very fresh dispatch to liberate Solidaritet in order to save the 77th infantry. This is a strange order, as we were just informed the 68th Air Assault Division has complete air superiority. How is it the 77th is surrounded when we have air superiority?

I believe these “false” orders are misinforming us into making bad tactical decisions. For example, the dispatches are informing us that SEAF is doing extremely well, even bayonet charging Automaton positions. All of these SEAF related dispatches are suspiciously marked with a </> tag. It’s almost like the Automatons are trying to draw forces away from Transcendence in order to bolster defenses.

Edit: I might be right. Automaton forces from Lurza and Camrat For have been shifted to Transcendence. We have also been given portable hellbombs, which is odd given we have been told to use less reinforcements. Giving us a bomb on our backpack is not a great way of doing that.

The recent dispatches might be fake
