Leveling up Negotiation (bribery)
For those like me interested in maxing up some skills in before starting quest lines, I've finally found a repeatable way to farm Negotiation skill with no cheats or abuses. And since no website or wiki have it, I'll share:
You need to fing this kind of building (picture) called Mining Outpost, marked as an POI (if not, most probably there will be another event inside, like starving miners or hurt by animals).
There will be single miner of some corp (like Seven Sisters, Minerology, etc) and one dead miner body lower, where my characted marked. When you come inside of the outpost the miner will be armed and will warn you to leave or fight. And THAT is the moment when you can negotiate with bribery (1000cr or 2000cr). After bribery he will be friendly and become a trader npc.
For some reason I found them only on north and south pole of planets, in snowy parts. Not sure about that. But worked on three different planets/moons. Just need to land again and again until you catch what you want.
