Thoughts on banning cards due to cEDH/B4-5 vs banning cards due to lower brackets?
So this is something I saw brought up by Bounce Magic regarding Rograkh.

The argument is that Rograkh should be banned because of his power in cEDH as a 0 cost legendary creature in the command zone. He allows for very high levels of consistency with cards like Mox Amber, Springleaf drum, and Paradise mantle. But outside of cEDH, Rograkh is… ok? Essentially he sits in a weird place where he is busted in cEDH due to combos but when played “fairly” as a Voltron commander or tribal Kobolds he is… ok? So this kinda begs the question, when it comes to banning cards, which format really should take precedence? If a card is strong in cEDH but totally fine when played fairly in lower brackets, should the health of cEDH take priority over casuals wanting to play the card? Especially if it does have a valid place in casual commander (like Rograkh as a voltron commander).
