Buyers who abuse porch pickup

What recourse is there when a buyer picks up an item but doesn’t leave the correct amount of money?

I had an item for $20 that a buyer asked to buy via porch pickup. They took the item and only left $5.

The buyer also blocked my account.

Can I report this? Or am I just shit out of luck?
