How do you keep from losing a post on Facebook you are viewing when you minimize in the background to find disappearing when you bring Facebook back to the foreground?

Ive had several occasions when I'm commenting on a post where I minimize Facebook in the background to go online to confirm information or find a link to post and after getting the information and move Facebook back to the foreground it pretty much reloads Facebook with entirely different feeds
