Quick question

I bought a 2023 Onix RS and I'm having trouble with the screen volume using the volume knob. I turn it but it doesn't go up, or it goes up a little and then goes back down when I turn it again. I haven't been able to get it past level 4. Does anyone know what the problem could be? It doesn't have volume controls on the steering wheel.
