2005 F150 5.4L crank no run

Bought this truck a few months ago. Was told it only needed a fuel pump. I installed a new fuel pump, fpdm, crank shaft position sensor, and a pcm. The truck now attempts to start, and will start for about a second before it cuts off. I have not checked fuel pressure at the rail yet. I do not know if the plugs have ever been changed. There are no codes stored or active currently. Any suggestions on what to check or replace.
