Easter basket ideas

Easter basket 3 yr old. I’m trying to buy things that don’t break the bank. Useful things and less sugar! This is what I’m thinking and I can get in one quick target run:

Easter Bunny Stuffy (she doesn’t have one but the basket won’t be exciting without it right?

Chalk

Bubble wand blower

Flower seeds (to sprinkle in yard) & mini watering can (I can paint her name on it)

Bath bombs (dabble & dollop)

Spring headbands

What do we do for sweets that aren’t toxic. I want to put something candy-like in there.

Any other creative ideas how to make it magical?
