Do I break up with a girl I just started dating?

I just started dating someone I was friends with for about 8 months before we started sleeping together. Just two weeks ago we agreed that we are dating. Since then she wants to talk all the time, calls over lunch every day, and says she wants to see me as much as she can. I am struggling with my personal life and finances which makes seeing her difficult. She introduced me to her mother, she says she is falling in love with me, and is just overall moving very quickly. I've reciprocated much of this attention but not to the same degree. (She hasn't met my friends or family)

I keep telling her we have time and we don't need to rush which she agrees with. But then sends mixed signals as to whether she is happy with how much we see each other. Overall I'm not having that head over heels, can't wait to see her kind of feelings.

I worry I'm just used to being in a relationship because I was in one for 10 years before this one. She's never had a real relationship so she thinks I'm doing the most when I feel like I'm doing bare minimum. That's actually the main reason I worry breaking up will make me a liar. I told her we have time. I told her I wanted a long term relationship, so to pull the rug out from under her like this will HURT her. Ive talked to my friends and they say I should just break things off and get it over with. I just want some perspective here.
