I had protected sex but I am 3 days late, I need answers :<

My boyfriend and I had protected sex during one of my ovulation window, he even ejaculated outside. We had an unprotected sex just a day just before my expected period which was 17 and I input that info on my flo app, he did not ejaculate inside because it didn't lasted long, and the period prediction changed to 19 which was yesterday, and I am totally confused and panicking. I always have regular period and a menstrual cycle of 30-32 days. I am worried whether or not I am pregnant. I Have been feeling stressed and worn out lately. I feel this watery discharge which I think is a sign that I'm close to my period. So I'm confused between 1 day and 3 days late. We always wear protection every time we engage in sexual intercourse. I am currently worrying, I also experience minor cramps and waves of discharge which i think is a sign that my period is coming. I am confused, because he didn't ejaculate inside and we wore condoms and a day before an expected period is totally safe. My mind is constantly worried. I have been feeling stressed lately and had a weightloss from 46kg - 44kg and I did my research and found out that stress and weightloss plays a role in delayed periods... I am totally confused and I'm panicking right now. I hope I could get some answers. Thank you!
