How to choose a collar? 🌸

Hi all? I wonder if you have any advice on a collar for play. I tried one but was so wide it would be hard to move my neck. So any advice on the right width?

Also what is your opinion on any pillow on the collar or just pure leather? I am asking also because I can not have any visible marks on my neck after play.
