All I want is a custom game with the Rainbow Filter but it’s just not showing up in the custom game list

I’ve followed the instructions of putting the text_en file in the Documents/MyGames/GrimDawn/Settings folder, but it’s still not showing up under the Custom game list in the game.

I’m on Windows 11 which is just the worst OS ever released, I got it with a new gaming laptop I’m using.

What am I missing in the setup process? I’m trying to get a custom game going so I can increase the game speed.
