Why is Posmark tracking not real time?

I remember it used to be, or close to being real time. I think typically Poshmark has a few hours lag nowadays. I have one particular order that was delivered 7 hours ago but the Poshmark still says In Transit. Is this worth reaching out to Customer Service? It’s just annoying because I also sell on Mercari and their tracking status update is faster.
