looking for a podiatrist for a child where I don't have to pay out of pocket

I don't have private insurance. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am able to get a referral from a physician but a few podiatry clinics that I called bill both Alberta Health and private insurace/cash pay. Does anyone have a good recommendation, preferably in the NW?
