The first 10 users taught me more than 6 months of planning.
I spent months planning Reoogle, mapping out every feature for the 'perfect' launch. When I finally launched, I got 10 users in the first week. Their questions and usage patterns were completely different from my assumptions. They didn't care about half the features I'd built. They wanted simpler things, like clearer explanations of what 'low moderation' actually means. I had to pivot the onboarding and messaging immediately. The tool is at https://reoogle.com today because of those early conversations. For other builders, what was the biggest gap between your launch plan and what your first users actually wanted?
