The solopreneur's silent partner: A public roadmap.
Running Reoogle solo, I was getting feature requests faster than I could build. Saying 'no' felt bad. Saying 'yes' to everything was impossible. I created a public roadmap on the site. Now, when someone asks for a feature, I point them there. They can upvote. It sets expectations and turns users into collaborators. It also takes the pressure off me to justify every decision. It's a simple page on https://reoogle.com. For other solopreneurs, how do you manage the inflow of ideas and requests without building a committee?
