Booted my old PC with Windows 7, which programs and drivers should I install?

Hey guys, I booted my old PC and installed a new Windows 7. IDK which programs should I install so I can give it to my mother for her to use it a bit safely and easily. Other than a browser and an MS office, what should I install?
