How can possibly anyone aside from maybe Eugene get into politics?

I mean, all characters can only fight, hardly anyone goes to school and lookism is not murim story where might makes right and power of one or few mortal and gun killable people cannot take power just like that. Even DG cause is weird as he is popular but he is not kind of person to rule nation without gangism.
