19 year old trying to leave the house

I am 19 years old and I really tried a lot of ways to make money but things seem to be impossible. I always wonder how these college friends make insane money in their first couple of weeks??? I always ask but they gatekeep. My situation is very bad as I really am trying to make some good money through a process that anyone can recommend me do. I tried to do dropshipping. three mknths in with just 200 in profit and i really need help.
