Pain on and off for over 5ish months

Hi guys. I’ve been having this pain on my left side and it radiates all the way over to the front of my chest and the back. Went to the doctors for bloods ECG and chest X-RAY and everything has come back normal. Doctor suggested MSK/costo with being the issue and just said it’ll improve within a few weeks or a few months. I’m 27 years old and the last 1-2 months has been hell. Batterling with it always on my mind 24/7. The second I wake up it’s on my mind. The only thing pretty much helps is ibuprofen but it’s not like I can live off it. It hurts more when I’m sitting down and laying down. Always on my left hand side. Any suggestions or help??? Thank you guys! It’s driving me insane
