I’ll be honest — I don’t just miss the relationship

I miss being in a relationship.

I miss having a best friend and a confidant. Someone to talk to about the big things and the stupid little things. Someone where the silence is comfortable, the laughter is easy, and the connection feels like home.

Neither of us asked to be in this position — scrolling, searching, hoping — but here we are. And I still believe something real can come from it.

A little about me:

I’m an outdoors kind of guy — hiking, camping, kayaking, bonfires that turn into deep conversations. I love cooking (especially for someone else), history, and I’m a hopeless romantic at heart. I value effort, consistency, and communication more than surface-level attraction.

What I’m looking for:

•	Real conversation and genuine energy
