Femboy advice please

Recently I have wanted to try to start crossdressing/femboy and I would like some advice.

I want to buy some clothes but I don’t know which ones I should get first, I want some with versatility but are also feminine. Also if there is a way to modify any of my current clothes to be girly I would like that too. Also what type of panties should I get, if any.

I also want to know is what type of makeup and which products I should get.

The last thing I want to know is what exercises I can do at the gym to get a more feminine physique (such as wider hips etc.) Thanks!
