Sick and 5 mos pregnant I think i have the flu

My 5 year old virus factory took us out. We have fever, sharp painful cough, body aches and stomach upset. Ive been taking tylenol since I had a fever so twice now just to keep it under 101, anything else I can take while I take a beta blocker for hypertension? I messaged my OBGYn but theyre sometimes slow to respond. Anything that helps thats is safe ? We did a flu and covid test at home but they were negative so idk what this plague is!!
