What are good ways to meet people?

I’m currently in college and I’ve taken advantage of that and gotten to know people and it’s gone really well all in all but when it comes down to it once you know the people in your classes it’s not that much easier than anywhere else imo I just recently struck out and I’m kinda trying to roll with the punches but I don’t really want to have to wait till next semester to meet more people what are good options I should be considering?
