Incorrect date on I485 receipt notice

My EB-1 priority date is current, and I filed Form I-485 concurrently with my spouse as a derivative beneficiary. The priority date listed on my I-485 receipt notice is correct; however, my spouse’s receipt notice reflects her EB-2 priority date instead of my EB-1 priority date. It appears to be an error on spouse's receipt notice. Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and if so, how was it addressed?
