Bluetooth User Support Service keeps stopping

I tried manually turning it on but it just turns off again real quick. I tried changing the startup from "manual" to "automatic" in the registry, and it still just turns off again automatically. I really don't know what to do, and my Bluetooth totally refuses to pair with or connect with anything, although it can detect things completely fine.

My Bluetooth is from a dongle, if it matters.
