Watch 7 continous HR monitoring not continous at all.

Hey all I've had the Galaxy watch7 for about a week now and its driving me up the wall.

If I'm up moving around the HR just does NOT update, ever, in fact the green lights go off and on screen the HR part just flashes the last known value.

Figured out yesterday I can run an "other" workout whenever im up and about (might just leave it going at all times) and low-and-behold it measures my heart rate perfectly and the green light never goes off! To top it off I get a proper HR graph as well xD

I bought this to keep an eye on my HR when upright as I have POTs but it doesnt even work as intended unless I remember to actually run the workout routine which is just stupid!

Is this a software bug? The sensor clearly works but just refuses to when it detects movement -.-

1. Yes i've got it set to continous HR measurement.

2. Stress is manual (tried continous, didnt make a difference, both stopped working when upright)

3. Its snug on my wrist far enough away from my wrist bone and works fine with a workout routine on.

4. I've tried turning off wrist detection, force restarts, switching to manual and back etc.
