Blackrock Louth - opinions?

Hi We are looking at a potential move to Blackrock, Louth in the future. Not fully decided yet but it’s closer to family in the North and work in Dublin (only one of us would be commuting 2/3 days a week) so considering options. Has anyone any feedback on schools, community, what it’s like to live in? We also were looking at these houses https://www.hillcrestblackrock.com Would anyone have any feedback on the location?
