Car trading from home address - England

Evening all,

After advice on becoming a car trader on the side to my mobile mechanic work. I was wanting to sell potential vehicles from my home address (mortgage free).

If I was just selling one car at a time from my home address on an appointment only basis would I need a ‘change of use’ planning permission?

The small stock I would have would be kept elsewhere and a maximum of 2 cars for sale at my property at one time. No signs on the vehicles stating they’re for sale, no walk ins from people passing and document hand overs done in a dual purpose office space inside the home.
