Permit issues

I need some help with a permitting issue. I own a home (technically owned by my real estate investment company) and I’m rehabbing the house before I sell it. Some of the work should be permitted (gas line, water heater replacement, roof replacement, room extension, etc.), but I can’t pull my own permits because I intend to sell the home within the year. I’ve already done a lot of the work, but I need a licensed contractor to pull the permit. How would I find a contractor that would pull permits for me and simply inspect the work? Do contractors even do such a thing? I figure it would basically be like subletting the work to me, more or less. TIA
