Gardeners lawn mower kicked up rock, hit window
Our gardeners were mowing our lawn yesterday when we all heard a lot bang, turns out that something, a rock more than likely, kicked up and hit the window. I chatted with them afterwards in which they seemingly agreed to pay for the excess if it was insured, but several hours later, they message me appearing to wiggle out. We rent this house and weren't sure who pays for something like this. Would these messages help our case if it needed to be escalated ?
