Is sex supposed to feel good with a condom on?

I selected the open to everyone flair cause I’m curious if women prefer sex without a condom on as well

But anyways, I mostly don’t enjoy sex with a condom on because it feels like basically nothing. Does anybody else have that experience or is it supposed to feel good even with the condom on?
