Electrolux interior back panel rusting where Insulator evaporator pads are touching the metal interior metal back panel.

When cleaning the interior frig we noticed two rusting spots on the left and right sides of the interior metal back panel. When removing the panel we noticed all this rust. It seems the pads (Insulator-Evaporator Pads are touching the metal panel causing two rust spots. Should there be moisture back there? Frig seems to run great. We have no moisture anywhere on the interior of the unit or any of the items in the frig. It is a stand-alone frig.
