Help with Lights and Ceiling Fans

Hi all, just wanted some input about where to start regarding some issues with our ceiling fans and lights. I'd like to fix it myself if possible. Here's what's wrong:

-The living room light will randomly turn on by itself and the ceiling fan attached to it will randomly turn off by itself. It's activated by remote.

-The light and ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms will also turn on by themselves. This light and ceiling fan also has a remote.

Both of these happen several times a week and only in these two areas. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
