only one sided eye ache?

I am a 20 years old collage student and I had my worst headache ever.

I am not sure if it is releated but it is winter time. Lately, my nose werre hurting every morning when I went outside to Buss stop. Especially today, I also had some mid headache during the day. I just thought it is because of our professor being annoying. But it didn't pass away when I went to sleep around 7 p.m. To cure my headache.

I woke up around midnight, feeling even worse. Before sleeping, my right eye were aching but when I woke up it was my left eye now. The ache is terrible, as if someone building a whole apartment building behind my eye.

It felt slightly better when I stood up, but feels absolutely terrible while laying down. I took a regular pain killer and I so desperately want it to go.

I didn't had any vision loss, I am not nauseous, I might had some very slightly fever before sleeping (or just my hands were cold) but I don't have any right now, my throat feels achy ever so slightly.And I absolutely cannot stand any lighting (including my phone) and any sound. I feel awfully tired since few days too.

I usually get slight eye pain when I have headaches, but it never been one sided as far as I can remember.

My left eye is achy and left side of my nose is blocked. Which makes me think maybe it is simply cold.

I never had migraine before, I don't have any eye conditions as well. So I am not sure what it is,since Googling it is not exactly a trust worthy thing to do, just wanted to ask is it true.
