2003 dodge dakota 4x4 bouncy after control arm replacement

Hey everyone if anyone can help out i have a 03 dakota 4x4 with torsion bars I replaced both upper and lower control arms and strut took for a drive and its bouncy like a lowrider Does anyome know why ? One side sits lower then the other side by a finger Ive loosened control arm bolts let it sit and tighten them without lifting it but no difference
