[TOMT][Movie][2005-2015] Movie about a guy and he has to protect some journalist or whistleblower

I saw this movie probably in 2016 it was on Amazon Prime back then. It mainly was like a car chase action movie, I remmeber a parking grage at some point. The main thing I rmemeber is they are trying to hide so they meet a guy on the street who paints their car to look diffrent and then they drive and drop her off at the capital infront of news cameras so she can't twll what she knowsa and also cause the cameras would make it so nobody could kill her. This is all I remember, any ideas?
