Local company to reglaze an old cast iron tub?

I have a 1912 house with an original 1912 cast iron tub. It badly needs refinishing, but the two quotes I have gotten are between $1800-$2400. I thought this would be cheaper than buying a new tub. Anybody have experience with this in town or have someone they recommend? I’d love to keep the house original.
