[M4F] - You secretly enjoy being objectified. Your body loves being looked at. You love the attention. That's why you love the attention you get at the gym.

You can continue reading this exactly as you are right now. There’s no need to close your eyes, change your breathing, or even stop scrolling. In fact, the very act of reading these words is enough, because your mind already knows how to focus, how to absorb meaning from symbols, and how to drift into states of attention that feel curiously like relaxation.

Some people find it interesting to notice that reading itself is a kind of daydream. You’re looking at patterns of light on a screen, and yet meaning forms, ideas emerge, and your attention can narrow or expand without you having to decide to do it. It happens automatically. Just like the next few sentences will register in your awareness in a way that feels natural, effortless, and personal.

For now, just keep reading.
You might notice your eyes moving across the line.
You might notice your thumb resting against your device, or your fingers on the mouse.
You don’t have to change anything.
Just observe, for a moment, how your attention is already here, already focused, already following.

And as you read this, you can begin to notice a curious thing:
You can pay attention to the words, and at the very same time, notice the space around the screen.
You can see the words, and also be aware of the room you’re in.
You can hear the sound of your own breathing, or the distant sounds around you, without losing track of the meaning here.
That’s how the mind works, layers of attention, one over the other.
And the more you notice that, the more naturally your focus can fade… and deepen… without closing anything.

Now, here’s something you might find interesting.
Keep scrolling with one hand. Let’s say it’s your dominant hand, the one you use to scroll or tap.
Leave it exactly where it is. No need to move it.

But as you keep reading, I’d like you to consider your other hand, the one that’s not scrolling or being used.
Just think about it.
Notice where it is. Resting on your leg, perhaps, or on the table.
And you might begin to imagine, just imagine, what it would feel like if that hand became… lighter.
Not in reality, just in thought.
As if the muscles in that hand could relax so completely that it might even feel like it wants to float… just a millimeter… upward.

Now, here’s the test that works best when you’re sure it won’t:
Try to prevent that hand from feeling lighter.
Try to keep it exactly as it is. Heavy. Still. Normal.
And the harder you try to keep it normal… the more you might notice little sensations… warmth… tingling… or a subtle lightness that happens by itself.

And if you feel that, even a little, that’s fine.
If you don’t feel anything, that’s also fine, because not feeling it now simply means your unconscious is saving the response for later, when you’re even more absorbed.
Either way, you pass.
Because in hypnosis, succeeding and failing are the same thing, both take you deeper.

Now, in a moment, I’m going to ask you to count backward from 100 in your mind.
But not yet.
First, I want you to decide, intellectually, at which number you think you’ll lose track.
Maybe 97… maybe 92… maybe 85.
Pick a number where you’re certain your mind will wander, the numbers will blur, and you’ll simply… forget to continue.

Got it?

Now, when you’re ready, begin mentally:
One hundred… deeper relaxed.
Ninety-nine… deeper relaxed.
Ninety-eight… deeper relaxed.
And continue like that.

And you’ll find, maybe at the number you predicted, maybe earlier, maybe later, that the numbers lose their meaning… become just sounds… and then just drift away… without effort.
And when that happens, you can just enjoy the quiet focus that remains.

…

…

If you’re still counting, that’s perfect, it means your conscious mind is diligently following instructions, which is exactly what allows the unconscious to absorb suggestions.
If you’ve stopped counting, that’s also perfect, it means your mind has already accepted the shift.

You might notice now that time has felt… different… while reading this.
Maybe it felt slower. Maybe it felt faster.
Maybe you didn’t notice time at all.
That’s one of the signs of focused attention, the kind of attention that allows change to happen naturally.

And you might also notice that your breathing has changed… without you trying.
Or that your blinking has slowed.
Or that the text seems clearer, or softer, or more vivid.
These are all signs that your mind and body are cooperating, responding to words on a screen as if they were suggestions.

Now, with every line you read, you can allow yourself to go twice as deep into this state of focused relaxation.
Not asleep… but deeply aware.
Not passive… but receptive.
And you can carry this feeling forward, into the rest of your time online, or into your day, a resource you can return to whenever you chat with me or read my posts

In a moment, I’ll invite you to message me in the chat, sharing what this experience was like for you the moment I accept your chat invite.
But before that, take three more breaths…
And with each breath, know that you can enter this state again, anytime, simply by reading with intention.

When you’re ready, you can scroll to the to the top to read this again once you have reached the end, or you can reach out to me in the chat and introduce yourself and show me what you look like. Either way you will do both eventually.
Notice how you feel.
Calm… focused… present.
And know that every time you return to read this, your mind will remember… and go even deeper.

Welcome.

You can just let my words take over.

Tell me in the chat all about yourself as you relax deeper and deeper with every letter you easily type. And once I reply to your introduction, you will feel yourself feeling increasingly eager and feeling compelled and aroused by the act of showing me several images of what you look like too. A feeling that grows stronger the more you try to ignore it.
