Where to put lump sum

I have a lump sum coming on my next paycheck. I estimate about $3500. Wondering where I should put it?

I have a monthly Flexiti payment of $352 at 0% interest. If I keep paying this it will be paid off in November. Balance is $2968. Remainder of lump sum would go to savings to accomplish Baby step 1.

I have a balance on LOC of 49790 right now at 11.7%.

Should I pay off the zero interest card knowing I will pay more in interest on the LOC but it frees up $352 a month to pay above and beyond my minimum payment on the LOC?
