Hair Cut & Style Tips?

Trying to embrace my hair, but I feel like it's very choppy and not nice looking. Mix of 3B/3C. Current color is a very faded medium plum brown, haven't had a cut in like 4 years (I trim dead ends at home) Hair routine: Keratin Complex Rosemary and Mint shampoo, Mielle Rosemary Mint deep conditioner once a week, Mielle Pomegranate leave in, Ouidad Climate Control Curl Cream brushed through with a curl brush (like a Bouncecurl knockoff brush), and then I apply Ouidad Curl Quencher Style Gel with the praying hands method. Air dry. I prefer length over volume. My hair is low porosity. Just looking for cut ideas and any other advice to make my hair look nice :)
