Car "downgrade".

Hello fellow men. Today I made the decision to sack off my beloved BMW 420i Gran Coupé for a Vauxhall Corsa. Why? As much as I loved the BMW I had a level of guilt in having such an expensive asset to run and maintain which meant less for my wife/son. So I swapped it out for a little 1.2 Vauxhall Corsa. Lower car payment, lower insurance and fingers crossed lower fuel cost and maintenance/repair cost thus increasing my disposable income for the family. I guess I'm posting this in hopes of validation that I did the right thing? Cheers!
