Shout-out to Agentis Plumbing

No this is not an ad lol but I do want to share it because I know finding a good company for plumbers is tough. I had some not great experiences before I found this company and ended up getting my pipes redone through them and I've overall had great experiences.

This past week however I had a different guy than normal and they made a very boneheaded mistake that ended up causing a very big problem. Basically it's going to be a very large bill to clean up that was totally preventable. Thankfully since it's not water damage it didn't outright wreck stuff, my house is livable and everything, it is just a big process to get it all cleaned up.

What makes me give them a shout-out is that throughout this process they have never once been antagonistic, doubting or hostile towards me or tried to fight me at all. They sent out a manager to confirm but they are accepting full responsibility and even before sending anyone out after just hearing what I said told me they would get this taken care of and cleaned up. Acting this way is making a terrible situation so much better, I was so worried this might turn into some kind of potential legal issue where they would deny responsibility or something but they didn't at all.

So not only is this totally out of the norm for my experience but upon finding out about the mistake they are totally owning it and doing everything they are able to in order to make things right. No insurance fights, no legal battles, no gaslighting or denying, just proper ownership.

I feel like this should be appreciated when it's seen and people should know about it. Mistakes happen but the reaction is what matters. I wish I wasn't in this situation right now but I'm really glad this is who I'm in this situation with.
