What will be in the nobles handbook?

I am wondering if I should pause my campain waiting for this book. What I feel is missing from m'y campain is the family/ matrimonial stuff and the estate management. Is this stuff that will be in the new book or should I buy older édition stuff?

If I should buy older stuff, what books are the best for what I am looking for?
