Small opening below my anus

I have a small opening just below my anus (near the external sphincter wall but not touching it) between the anus and the scrotum. This "hole" has been there for a while now, and recently it hasn't bothered me, but at first I felt small twinges in the area and also had fecal incontinence (although I'm not sure if I had that hole during the time when the symptoms were more severe and recurrent).In short, it practically doesn't bother me, except that sometimes (especially when I sit for a long time) it starts to give me a slight pain, and I also experience some degree of fecal incontinence especially when I have very loose stools.I would appreciate it if you could help me understand what this might be before I go to the doctor (because it's so expensive in my country). Despite everything, it doesn't smell bad, nor does it have pus or any discharge).

obs: The hole is roughly the size of the tip of a little finger, and the bottom seems to point towards the scrotum (the hole resembles a small navel).
