19F [F4A] planning to move to Vancouver, looking for FRIENDS

Hey y'all! I'm an east asian college freshman who planning to move to Vancouver before the next school year (since I'm going as a transfer). I'm moving from the USA (I am a canadian citizen though, and no, I don't have an American greencard or citizenship, the entire story is long). That being said, I'm looking to chat with people who live in BC/Vancouver, ask lots of questions about the area/culture, and hopefully make friends! :D
